Featured listings are a great way to keep your property at the head of the pack. Featured listings are the same as regular listings except that a featured listing is present at the top of the main page, in an area that provides more visibility to site users.

The fee for a featured listing is $70 per month in addition to the listing fee of $100 per month. Discounts are given for longer term purchases and sold properties may be replaced to finish the term of the contract.
